41 East Central Street is an exclusive community of 7 luxury apartments located in downtown Franklin. The location is focused on walkability with a one block distance from the Commuter Rail, local businesses, shops, and restaurants. Camford Property Group personally handled all aspects of this project – from land acquisition to permitting, design and construction. The project was completed ahead of schedule in the Summer of 2017 and the building was fully leased before the certificate of occupancy was received. Camford continues to professionally handle all leasing and management operations for the property.
